Welcome to Ruhani Wellness Centre. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website (the “Site”), online products, digital services, and subscriptions (collectively, the “Services”). 3. Payments & Billing

Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in Dollars and are subject to change at any time. Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. By purchasing, you authorize us to charge your provided payment method.

Subscriptions & Recurring Billing

• Some of our Services are offered as subscriptions with recurring payments.

• By subscribing, you agree to automatic billing until you cancel.

• Billing cycles (monthly, yearly, or custom) are detailed at checkout.

Free Trials & Promotions

• Free trials, if offered, will automatically convert into a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends.

• We reserve the right to modify or cancel promotions at any time.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Digital Products & Online Courses

Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final, and refunds are not provided once access is granted. If you experience technical issues, please contact us for assistance.

Subscriptions

You may cancel your subscription at any time, but refunds are not issued for partial months or unused portions of a subscription period. To avoid future charges, cancel before the next billing cycle.

Retreats & In-Person Events

Deposits for retreats are non-refundable, but may be transferred to a future retreat. Cancellations made within 7 days of the retreat start date may result in a partial refund at our discretion. No-shows or last-minute cancellations are non-refundable.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, including digital downloads, courses, written materials, and branding, is the property of Ruhani Wellness Centre. You may not modify, reproduce, resell, or distribute any content without permission.

6. Health Disclaimer

Our Services, including plant medicine work and holistic wellness practices, are not medical advice and should not replace professional healthcare.

You acknowledge that participation in retreats, ceremonies, or plant medicine work involves personal responsibility for your health.

If you have a medical condition or are taking medications, consult a healthcare professional before participating.

7. Limitation of Liability

Ruhani Wellness Centre is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of our Services.

You assume full responsibility for your participation in any retreat, session, or program.

We do not guarantee specific results from any wellness practice, program, or service.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

We collect and store personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our Services, you consent to the collection and use of your data as outlined.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activities.
