Art of Sound Retreat

Vibration is in everything and everything vibrates at its unique frequency.

Sound is also composed of vibrations and frequencies.

Sound influences our mood and whole being. Our pain and trauma also carry unique frequencies.

By using vocals or instruments, one can heal themself at a deeper level.

Anyone can sing and/ or play instruments.

Unfortunately, most of us are discouraged to use this superhuman power since it doesn’t bring a lot of financial gains.

Along the way in life’s hustle and bustle, we lose this skill and energetically our throat chakra becomes deactivated/ blocked.

Not only it’s hard to sing or play an instrument with blocked throat chakra but also a big hindrance to our freedom of expression. We become introverted and shy.

It robs us of our creativity and shifts us away from our True Self.

In this 2.5-month-long journey, I will share with you my whole process of connecting with that superpower and unblocking my throat chakra. These techniques and practices helped me to become a published author, an international speaker and a holistic Sherpa.

Singing in different languages and channelling many different instruments have become my passion and I love to share this ancient knowledge with as many people as I can.

Anyone can connect with their inner voice and sound. Life becomes juicier when you achieve this impossible-looking feat.
